Ramada Tamworth Jct11/M42 is the ideal location for your next conference. We can cater from 2 to 120 delegates in one of our 5 meeting rooms.  The Ashby Suite is the perfect facility for a large conference or training seminar and can cater for up to 110 delegate’s theatre style.  This room divides into 2 smaller rooms, The Magna Suite which can cater for up to 50 theatre style or 25 Boardroom, whilst the Parva Suite can cater for 40 theatre style or 25 Boardroom style.  These rooms offer natural daylight, are fully air-conditioned and offer up to date equipment.

In addition to the above we have 2 syndicate rooms that can accommodate up to 10 delegates in each or our Appleby Suite that can cater for 15 boardroom style.

All of our modern rooms come fully equipped with datapoint projector, screens, flipchart, pens, paper, water and sweets.  24 hour and day delegate rates are available with a choice of hot and cold buffet menus.

Our dedicated Conference & Events Co-ordinator is available to discuss your exact requirements and to put a package together that suits your needs. The hotel offers full business service including fax, photocopying and Wifi internet access throughout along with free car parking for all delegates.

Weddings & Events

For everything from the wedding ceremony, to the wedding reception and the evening function, the Ashby Suite is the ideal venue. Offering natural daylight and fully air-conditioned you couldn't ask for a better facility. We can also hold formal dinners, birthday and anniversary parties, as well as Christmas parties. The room can seat up to 120 people without entertainment, and approximately 90 people with entertainment and a dance floor. We are licensed until 12.30am for serving alcohol, and until 1.00am for the provision of entertainment and music

Our dedicated Events co-ordinator will be delighted to advise and assist you with everything you need to ensure that your wedding reception or event runs without a hitch. From your personal choice of menu to seating plans for the evening entertainment and any other special requirements you may have they will be on hand.
